Shipping & Delivery

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days, following authorization and clearing of payment.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Our shipping algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on these factors: where it’s fulfilled, where it’s shipping, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers.

Generally, you will receive your order anywhere from 3-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Additional Information

Hearthside reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

You should receive and e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Any added customs, VAT, tax, or fees are your responsibility.

International Customer, please browse our Etsy Shop for items that we ship internationally.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments/packages. Orders only ship on business days. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.
Hearthside and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Hearthside believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Hearthside and its subsidiaries.
Returns & Replacements

We do not make returns or exchanges for merchandise that is simply unwanted. Please be certain that you want the items you purchase from us. We do not do size exchanges. All information is available to calculate proper size.

For broken or damaged items please notify us within 48 hours of accepting delivery. We will either refund your credit card directly, or send you replacement products. The broken item(s) may or may not need to be returned. Please ask for details in your particular situation.

If you have received the wrong item, we will either credit your card, ship a replacement, or include a replacement with your next order if it will be soon.

Any broken, damaged, or wrong items not reported within 5 business days after delivery will be considered completely accepted and not qualify for replacement or refund.

Ordering
Backorders/Out of Stock Items: We will notify you of any out of stock or delayed items.
Products on this website may not be carried in-store.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments: Payments are processed through secure PayPal gateway. You may use any credit card, PayPal or PayPal Credit to pay for your order.
Pricing & Promotions: Regular and promotional pricing is subject to change at any time.
Viewing Orders
View orders from your account dashboard. Guests can access from this form.
Updating Account Information
