Local Spotlight: In-Store Featured Vendor

This is an application to be a featured local vendor at Hearthside in our Reader Room. Hearthside will supply tables, chairs, wifi, and promotion on social media (vendors should also promote that they'll be here selling on their confirmed date!). There are 2 tables available which are approximately 6ft x 2.5ft. Vendor is responsible for collecting their own payments, unless other arrangements are made beforehand. Cost to utilize the space for the day is $30 and is nonrefundable. Vendor Fee may be paid via Venmo or PayPal within 24 hours or being confirmed unless other payment arrangements are made. Vendor may select whatever set-up time they prefer during business hours on their selected date for however many hours they would like. Please fill out this form completely to be considered as a Local Spotlight Featured Vendor. ***CBD/THC products are not allowed.***

The information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to pay the $30 Vendor Fee within 24 hours of being confirmed OR payment arrangements made with Hearthside. I understand that I am responsible for collecting my own payments and remitting any sales taxes or other fees associated with doing business. I understand that my Vendor Fee is nonrefundable. I understand that Hearthside will provide tables and chairs and I am responsible for bringing my own tablecloths, displays, signage, etc. I agree to comply with any and all requirements and reasonable requests by Hearthside and its representatives. I agree to comply with any applicable laws and ordinances. I agree that if I am unable to vend on my confirmed date/time, I will give Hearthside at least 24 hours notice. Any vendors that do not show up and give no notice will not be allowed to vend at Hearthside in the future and will not receive any refunds on paid fees. In case of an unplanned change of hours from either the vendor or the store, Hearthside will work with the vendor to select a new date and will apply the payment to the new date.
