Spooky Sunday Vendor Application
This is an application to be a vendor at Hearthside's outdoor parking lot event, "Spooky Sunday," on October 26th from 12pm-4pm. This event coincides with our 9th Anniversary Celebration taking place the weekend of October 25th & 26th. Set up will start at 11am and vendors may begin packing up at 3:45pm. This is an outdoor event that will go rain or shine. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, canopies, weights, etc. No electricity or wifi will be available. Booth spaces are approximately 8' x 8', however we can also accomodate a limited number of 10' x 10' canopies. Cost to participate is $35 and is nonrefundable. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits are invited to participate at no cost (tax ID must be provided). Please fill out this form completely to be considered as a vendor for this event. THE DEADLINE TO APPLY AS A VENDOR IS OCTOBER 24TH. ***CBD/THC products are not allowed.***
Agreement
The information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to pay the PayPal Vendor Fee invoice within 24 hours of receiving it, unless other arrangements have been made with Hearthside. I understand that I am responsible for collecting my own payments and remitting any sales taxes or other fees associated with doing business. I understand that my booth fee is nonrefundable and that the event is outdoors and will continue rain or shine. I understand I am responsible for bringing my own tables, chairs, canopies, equipment, etc. I agree to comply with any and all requirements and reasonable requests by the event host and its representatives. I agree to comply with any applicable laws and ordinances. DEADLINE TO APPLY IS OCTOBER 24TH.
