Hearthside Swap & Shop Vendor Application
This is an application to be a vendor at Hearthside's outdoor parking lot event, "Hearthside Swap & Shop" on Sunday, May 17th from 12pm-5pm. Set up will start at 10am and vendors may begin packing up at 4:45pm. This is an outdoor event that will go rain or shine. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, canopies (weights REQUIRED), etc. Vendors may also opt to sell from their trunks or vehicles as long as the vehicle fits within a normal parking space. No electricity or wifi will be available. Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. Cost to participate is $50 and is nonrefundable. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits are invited to participate at no cost (tax ID must be provided). Please fill out this form completely to be considered as a vendor for this event. THE DEADLINE TO APPLY AS A VENDOR IS MAY 13TH. ***CBD/THC products are not allowed.***
Agreement
The information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to pay the PayPal Vendor Fee invoice within 24 hours of receiving it, unless other arrangements have been made with Hearthside. I understand that I am responsible for collecting my own payments and remitting any sales taxes or other fees associated with doing business. I understand that my booth fee is nonrefundable and that the event is outdoors in the parking lot and will be held wind, rain, or shine. I understand I am responsible for bringing my own tables, chairs, canopies with weights, equipment, etc. I agree to comply with any and all requirements and reasonable requests by the event host and its representatives. I agree to comply with any applicable laws and ordinances. DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MAY 13TH.
